Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Each piece is sold as-is based on the current condition as depicted in the imagery provided. Please review all item descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing. We do our best to note any notable wear or imperfections consistent with vintage condition. No item is 100% new unless otherwise stated.

Shipping
All order ship from New York, NY. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Processing time
Standard and International orders: Typically processed within 1-4 days.
Expedited orders: Express and Next Day orders placed before noon ET will be shipped same day. Anything placed after 12 PM ET will be shipped the next day.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $300. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
International Shipping
All international shipping costs—including duties, taxes, VAT, and any applicable import fees—are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the delivery country's customs agency and may be assessed upon arrival. As we have no control over these charges, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred during customs clearance.
Refused Shipments - International
We are not liable for packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes. Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds or re-shipments.
Return to Sender Policy - Domestic
Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient will be processed as a "Return to Sender."
Once received back at our facility, these orders will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, minus any original shipping fees.
Please note: Return to Sender orders are not eligible for reshipment.
Lost Packages/Claims
Please note, Spherule is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. We cannot resend packages.
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please:
- Check to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around to see if it was left nearby. Maybe with a neighbor?
- See if another member of the household accepted the delivery.
- Contact your local post office for more information.
